Chelators: what they are and how they work
Chelators are one of the most annoying ingredients to non-chemists because they can not exactly understand what they do and why we use them in some formulations and when we shall not use them.
In this presentation I walk you through the chemistry of chelators and what they do and then show you in a simple experiment how they work. Even if you are a non-chemist and have never heard of a chelator you will visially observe what they do and realize why we use them.
