Mango whipped butter

I made this balm (well actually Swetti made it) as a fast gift (this is why I didn't use my beloved G2B) but the outcome was so awesome I couldn't help share the formulation with you.

It looks juicy and fluffy and has such a velvety skin feel you can not believe until you use it. There is nothing special about the formulation except the balance of the polarity of the oils.

We have added just a little bit of the paprika CO2 extract so that the balm is not quite white but you can leave it if you want or increase the concentration for a more intensive color.

We are using another favorite ingredient of mine and that is the modified rice starch. It imparts a dry skin feel despite the high far content of the balm.

The procedure is really straightforward. Just dump and stir...

1- Heat phase A between 50-55 C

2- When phase A is melted stop heating. Add phase B and start cooling while stirring

3- When the balm reaches a heavy trace you can whip it or just fill it in the jars

As easy as that
