We have prepared these cute foot scrub bars as a gift and decided to share the KISS formulations with you. You can prepare them in any desired form. The make cute gifts and giveaways or products for sale. This is a waterless system and is self-preserving specially if you make the pieces so small that they are used up within a couple of applications. Apart from that they don't need any complicated packaging material. You can easily wrap them in wax paper or pack in tin jars.
The formulations and the procedure are rather simple. We are using our cranberry seed exfoliant and volcanic sand as exfoliants but you can use any other kernel powder or even coffee powder. The application mode (face/body/feet/hands) depends on the hardness, particle size and concentration of the exfoliant so if you are making the exfoliant for face or for hands you may need to adjust/modify the formulation.
Procedure:
1- Melt phase A in a water bath around 55-60 C
2- When phase A is melted stop heating and add phase B
3- Start cooling while stirring
4- When the batter reaches a medium trace add the exfoliant and pour in the mold cavities
5- Put the molds in the fridge between a few hours to overnight
