The electrode is the hear and sole of the pH meter and the precision, accuracy and repeatability of your measurements mainly depend on the electrode as well as the way you prepare the samples and use the electrode.
It gives me a shudder when I see formulators (even some celebrities among youtube star formulators) do not use the electrode correctly and even worse, abuse it.
