The tradename is GREENTAC® from Socri and the INCI: POLYGLYCERYL-4 DICOCOATE/BETAINATE LACTATE
This ingredient is derived from sunflower and rapeseed oil (the polyglyceryl part) + coconut fatty acids+ lactic acid fermented from sucrose and betaine derived from the sugar beet waste (RSPO, not palm-free as far as I know)
It is a high viscosity liquid and that means you don't need to heat that like the solid conditioning bases and as you can see here it is easily applicable in a shampoo as well as in a standalone conditioner or a conditioning mask (you'll see more of that in the future).
So far we have made conditioning shampoos, conditioners, cream shampoos and shampoo bars with this ingredient and are testing the stability and compatibility of the products right now.
